Frequently Asked Questions
What are your session rates?
We offer two primary session lengths depending on your clinical goals and preferences:
$150 per standard 50-minute session.
$200 per extended 80-minute session.
Payment is due at the time of service. If you plan to use insurance, please contact us via the contact form to verify we accept your insurance.
Do you accept health insurance?
Yes, we accept a variety of health insurance plans. Because coverage varies by plan, we highly recommend contacting your provider directly to confirm that we are in your specific network. If you need help navigating this, feel free to reach out to us with your insurance details—we are happy to help you verify your benefits.
What payment methods do you accept?
For your convenience, we accept cash as well as all major credit and debit cards, including Visa and Mastercard. Payments are securely processed at the time of your session.
To make the process as seamless as possible, you can also securely store your preferred credit or debit card in your private client portal for automatic, hassle-free billing after each session.
What is the intake process?
Starting therapy is a courageous step, and we want to make the process as seamless as possible. Here is how we get started together:
Reach Out: Fill out our brief website Contact Form to express your interest.
Share Your Needs: Complete our quick Pre-Consultation Questionnaire, which we will send you, so we can verify your insurance and understand your goals.
Connect on the Phone: We will schedule a brief, complimentary phone consultation to ensure we are a great fit for your needs.
Your Initial Assessment: We will meet for your first official session (in-person or virtually) to dive deeper into your history and map out your care.
Begin Your Journey: Schedule and begin your regular, ongoing therapy sessions.
Do you provide virtual therapy?
While we generally find that in-person therapy provides the most impactful connection, we recognize that busy schedules, health concerns, or logistics can sometimes make it difficult to get to the office. To accommodate your needs, we gladly offer secure, confidential telehealth and virtual therapy sessions when in-person visits aren’t possible.
How is Christian counseling different from secular counseling?
True healing encompasses the mind, body, and spirit working hand-in-hand. My services combine spiritual wisdom with advanced, specialized clinical training. As an independently licensed mental health professional, I am legally bound by confidentiality and equipped to treat complex clinical issues like clinical depression, trauma (via EMDR), and chemical dependency.
